It’s easy to get started. You can reach me through my contact page here. This will send me an email and I will respond to that to schedule a consultation call. The purpose of the consultation call is to make sure that my approach will be a good fit for your needs prior to any official appointment. Consultation calls are free and can be scheduled within days of you submitting a request.

I specialize in trauma treatment along with the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders. My clients are often high-achieving individuals who, despite having reached great success in their careers and other areas of their lives, find that they can’t quite shake a feeling of lack or not being good enough. The traumas I help people work through are sometimes related to assaults, accidents, or combat. Other times, they may be related to their upbringing or events from childhood. Sometimes, the thing that hurts is something that wasn’t there or didn’t happen as in the case of physical or emotional neglect.

I take Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Care Network plans. Check your particular policy for outpatient mental health co-pays. These usually range from $15-$30 per visit.
For out-of-network, my rate is $185 per session (45-55 minutes). Some insurance plans will reimburse for out-of-network appointments. Check with your insurance provider.

My physical office is in downtown Ann Arbor.
I also see many clients via telehealth. If you are in the state of Michigan, I can see you via telehealth when clinically appropriate.
